Betty Lois Brown Erbe

Ms. Betty Lois Brown Erbe, MSGT USAF, Ret., 86, entered into eternal rest Friday, January 12, 2018.

Ms. Betty was the daughter of the late Haskell and Naomi Josephine Holgate Brown. She was also preceded in death by her brother Bernard H. Brown and sister Bernice B. Irwin. Ms. Betty is survived by several nieces and a nephew. She was born in North Charleston and retired from the USAF as a Master Sargent after twenty years of service. Ms. Betty received the Air Force Accommodation Medal for her service. Following her military retirement, Ms. Betty continued to serve her community as a School Teacher at Stall High School in Charleston.

Ms. Betty had requested to be cremated and buried between her mother and father in the Bethcar Baptist Church Cemetery.  A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Saturday, January 20, 2018 with Military Honors.
