Pelion – Billy Ray Bailey, 53, entered into rest Friday, June 23, 2017.

Billy Ray is the son of Bill and Carleen Bailey; husband of Terry Shumpert Bailey for 35 years. He is the father of Brent (Esther) Bailey and Vicki (Jerry Rose) Bailey; and grandfather “Poppy” of Brent Bailey, Jr., Jacob Bailey, Abigail Bailey, and Madilyn Rose all of Pelion. Billy Ray is the brother of Wanda (Todd) Boyle of Lexington, Larry (Gwen) Bailey of Pelion, and Tony (Joy) Bailey of Monroe, NC. He was loved by many other family and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 9 am Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in the Pelion Oaklawn Cemetery.
