Edward E. Smith

Wagener – Mr. Edward Ernest Smith, 87, entered into rest, September 16, 2017.

Mr. Edward was predeceased by his wife, Kallie Jean White Smith.

Mr. Edward was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.  After serving in the Marines he was employed and retired from Civil Services.  He lived a long life, dearly loved his wife, had many stories to share with others, and proudly served his country.  Mr. Edward was known for ‘to make a long story short”.

Mr. Edward was buried with military honors at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, SC.
