Heather Evelyn McQueen

Salley – Heather Evelyn McQueen, 73, found peace on Thursday, March 2, 2017.

Heather is the mother of Les A. and Teri Sheaffer of Kempton, PA and Adona Sheaffer of Salley,SC; grandmother of Nathan Lybarger, Brittany Sheaffer, and Cassandra Zekany; great grandmother of Tanner Lee; and sister of John W. and Marie McQueen, Jr. of Anchorage, AK, Jacqueline and John Iverson of Soldatna, AK, Alan McQueen of Kenai, AK, Ewan McQueen of Anchorage, AK and the late Keith McQueen. She was the daughter of the late John Woodrow McQueen, Sr. and the late Evelyn May Holland McQueen. Trevor (her boy) is her Cardigan Welsh Corgi.

Heather graduated from Marywood College in Scranton, PA with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She served as a Hospice Social Worker. Heather enjoyed time with animals, the arts, crafts, books and her family.
