Jacob Daniel Yon

New Holland – Jacob Daniel Yon, 19, entered into rest Monday, August 28, 2017.

Jacob is the son of Keith and Sonya Coleman Yon. He is the brother of SrA Joshua K. Yon, USAF, and Rachel A. Yon all of New Holland. Jacob is the grandson of Phyllis Yon and the late Franklin Yon of Salley, and Dora Coleman and the late Robert Coleman of New Holland. He is the great grandson of Mary Lee Miller. He is the nephew of Wesley (Summer) Yon of Lexington, Robbie (Marlana) Coleman, and Aimee (Paige) Kirkland of New Holland. His cousins are Heather (Jonathan) Tiedman, Matthew Yon, Darcy Yon, Wyatt Yon, Patrick Coleman, Caleb Coleman, Madison Coleman, Hunter Kirkland, and Kamrin Kirkland. He has many great aunts and uncles.

Jacob attended Earle Church of God. He graduated with honors from Wagener-Salley High School. Jacob was a member of the FFA and served as an officer. He was attending Aiken Technical College.

He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Friday, September 1st in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Funeral Service will be Sunday, September 3rd at 5 pm at Earle Church of God. Pastor Ronald Lee and Pastor Clyde Hardin will be ministering. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
