Karen Summers

Lexington – Ms. Linda Karen Bise Summers, 66, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

Ms. Summers is the mother of Christy (Mike) Lee, Wendy (Rennie) Poole, and Sammy (Sharon) Summers all of Lexington. She is the grandmother of Melanie (Marty) Sox, Meagan (Dominick Holderness) Lee, Tyler (Katie Sawyer) Poole, Travis (Heather Calvert) Poole, Justin Summers, and Christian Summers. Ms. Summers is the great grandmother of Addyson Poole, Emily Williamson, and Elizabeth Sox. Her companion is Sidney Bryant. She is the sister of Danny Bise, Guy Bise, Stacey Urbanek, and David Bise. Ms. Summers is the daughter of the late Harmon Harvey “Guy” Bise and the late Geraldine Joyce Capell Bise. 

Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 2nd from 6 to 8 pm in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Funeral Service will be Saturday at 1 pm at Gospel Time Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Southland Memorial Gardens. Pastor Ronald C. Roach will be ministering.
