We grew apart over the years but got along much better than when we were kids when we did get together! The blessings of growing up & being an adult! Many were affected by my brother's death; some much more than others. I do hope that Mystic & all those who were close with Matt here in S Carolina will discover some sort of sign & be comforted by it, Be kind, love deeply & enjoy life in his honor.
As Mystic quoted from a poem she was going to bring: 'As we say goodbye, their are others saying welcome.'

May I offer my sincere condolences. May your hearts find comfort in God's Word where it states: "He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord will wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) May your loved one awaken to a world where there will be peace, no sickness (Isaiah 33:24), and no more troubles (Revelation 21:4) throughout eternity (Psalm 37:29). May your hearts find comfort and hope in God’s Word, family, friends and good memories at this time. My deepest sympathy to you.

Matt was a great DJ and a team player. And he was a friend of mine. He loved nuclear rock radio and being a part of this station. He will be sadly missed. We would like to send our condolences to his family and loved ones. And thank you DJ Gryphon for your service at nuclear rock radio. Rest in peace our friend and staff member. My deepest sympathy to Matts circle of family and friends, but especially Jeanette, Maryann and Floyd. Matt, I didnt know the good man you became, but I will always remember Jeanettes little brother with the big brown eyes and quick smile. I will miss you, but that boy will live on in my heart.
