Dorothy S. Spooner

Warrenville – Mrs. Dorothy Vivian Shearer Spooner, 82, entered into rest, Wednesday, December 6, 2017.

Mrs. Dorothy was the mother of Diane Craig and her husband Robert, Gail Elks, Michael Walker and his wife Dina, and Mickie Walker. She was the grandmother of 5 and the great grandmother of 5. She was the daughter of the late John and Ola Shearer. She is also preceded in death by her 5 siblings.

Mrs. Dorothy enjoyed collecting Gone With The Wind and planting. She will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 455 St Andrews Rd, Columbia, SC 29210.

A  Celebration of Life Service will be Sunday, December 10th beginning at 3:00 pm at Lexington Church of God, 1331 Nazareth Road, Lexington, SC 29073 with the Rev. Mark Crumpton officiating.
