Lewis Ray Williams

Wagener - Mr. Lewis Ray Williams, 85, went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, March 15, 2018.

Mr. Lewis was the husband of the late Bernice Williams for 56 years, father of: Robert (Cathey) Williams, David Williams, and Lynn (Dennis) Zimmerman.  He was the grandfather of Jessica W. (Austin) Levine, Amanda Michelle Williams (Curtis Durden fiancé), Michael Robert (Michelle) Williams, Ashley Denise Zimmerman and Connor William Zimmerman.  Mr. Lewis was the great grandfather of Sarah Levine and brother of the late Everett Lee Williams, Jr.

Mr. Lewis was born in West Columbia.  He was the son of the late Everett Lee Williams, Sr., and the late Agnes Pauline Thompson Williams.  Mr. Lewis retired from the Savannah River Site, was a member of Mount Hermon Baptist Church, and served in the SC National Guard.

Visitation for Mr. Lewis will be Saturday from 5 to 7 pm at Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services Chapel.  The Funeral will be 4pm Sunday at Mount Hermon Baptist Church with the Rev. Josiah Mazzell and J. Reilly Hammond officiating.  Interment will be in the Wagener Cemetery.
