Pat Neal McLaurin

Lexington – Patrick Neal “Pat” McLaurin, 50, entered into rest Saturday August 26, 2017.

Pat is the husband of Lara Figueroa McLaurin of Lexington. He is the father of Holly (Patrick) Simmons of Swansea, Meagan (Jason) Cothran of West Columbia, Amanda (Robbie) McLaurin and Macey McLaurin of Lexington. Pat is the grandfather of Kenslea Simmons, Madison Simmons, Drew Neal Cothran, Claire Starkey, Cameron Paraday, and Zachery Paraday. He is the son of Maggie Hoover McLaurin of Perry and the late Neal McLaurin. Pat is the brother of Mike (Ellen Williams) McLaurin of Swansea. Pat is the brother-in-law of Tokee (Tammy) Robertson of Sumter and Cretia (Ross) Beasley of Lexington. He is the uncle of Ashley McLaurin, Chloe Beasley, Ryland Beasley, Hannah Robertson, Logan Robertson, and Loudan Robertson.

Pat was a member of Rocky Grove Baptist Church. He owned and operated Pat’s Portable Welding for 15 years. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be from 2 to 3 pm Tuesday at Rocky Grove Baptist Church with the service following at 3:30 pm with the Rev. John O’Cain officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family asks that memorials on behalf of the McLaurin family, be made to Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services at P. O. Box 235, Wagener, S. C. 29164.
