Sandra Christina (Garvin) Herring

Wagener – Mrs. Sandra Christina Garvin Herring, 68, entered into rest on her birthday, Friday, January 26, 2018 surrounded by her children.

Sandra is the wife of Douglas Ray Herring, and the mother of Philip Travis (Kari) Furtick, the Late Bryan Furtick, Clinton “Clint” (Chelsea Holcombe) Furtick, Elizabeth McCorkle (Todd) Bradshaw, and Jonathan Taylor McCorkle. She is the stepmother of Teresa Ann Herring, and Christopher Allen (Lauren) Herring.  Sandra is the grandmother of; Philip Travis Furtick, Jr., Gauge Miller, Luke Furtick, Bryan Furtick, Anna Gracelyn Whitesides, and Colby Bradshaw.  She is the great grandmother of Paislee Furtick. Sandra is the sister of Glenn (Lisa) Garvin and the late Janice Garvin.  Sandra is the daughter of the late Ottice Jerome “K.O.” Garvin and Christine Elizabeth Tinsley Garvin.  She is the granddaughter of the late Annie Lou Miller Garvin.
