Mrs. Maggie Ann Hutto Way, 89, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, December 9, 2024.
Left to cherish Mrs. Ann’s memory are her son James A. Way and his wife Jenny, grandchildren; Kimberly Ann Kruger, Robert Bradley "Brad" Kruger and his wife Sarah, Heather Elizabeth Way, Jordan Alexandria Way Rutan and her husband Neil, James Caleb Way, and Johnathan Way, and son-in-law Bob Kruger.
Mrs. Ann was married to the late James Lynward Way for forty-four years at his passing in 2000. She was also preceded in death by her son Dan Way, daughter Teresa Lynn Way Kruger, her parents; Robert Lester Hutto and Maggie Mae Barrs Hutto, and siblings; Ralph (Fotchie) Hutto, O’Neal (Virginia) Hutto, Ruth (Randall) Crumpton, and Marion Hutto.
Mrs. Ann was a member of First Baptist Church of Wagener. She was an office accountant for Ways Grocery, Rhodes and Son Furniture and Tyler Brothers.
Visitation will be 10-11am on Friday, December 13, 2024 at the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home. A Service Celebrating Mrs. Ann’s life will be at 11 am also in chapel with Rev. James A. Way officiating with Rev. Bob Kruger and Rev. Matt Miller assisting. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family asks that memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
