Belinda Ann (Barr) Carlisle

Belinda Ann Barr Carlisle, 67, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Belinda is the mother of H. Lander Carlisle, IV and his wife Carolyn “C.C.”, and Dustin Carlisle.  She is the wife of the late Harold L. Carlisle, III. Belinda is the daughter of the late Thurmond and Margie Shumpert Barr as well as the late Roger Chrisley and his wife the late Kathy Chrisley. She is the grandmother of Preston, Alayna, Pacey. Channing, and Gracie whom she loved and adored. Belinda is the sister of Junette Barr Jeffcoat and her husband Paul, Robin Chrisley Moreno and her husband Gabriel, and the late Lititia Chrisley Yanez. Her special cousins are Mary Catherine Spires and Carolyn Spires. Belinda has many nieces, nephews, and cousins that she loved dearly. Belinda loved Kayla Bell as her own daughter.

Belinda attended Wagener-Salley High School and later graduated Piedmont Technical College where she proudly received her RN degree in nursing. Belinda loved being in the outdoors and especially feeding and listening to the many sounds of birds. She also enjoyed walking in her garden. Belinda was a joy to be around and especially loved her fur babies Zoe and Duke.

A Celebration of Life Service for Belinda will be 2 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at New Hope Baptist Church, 249 New Hope Road, Pelion, SC 29123. Pastor Frank Houghtaling will be ministering. A time of visitation will follow the service.
