Billie is the wife of Jonathan Lawrence Kelman.  She is the mother of Sarah Raiden Lindo, Skyler Eden Lindo and Samuel Hayden Kelman.  Billie is the daughter of Vanette Walker Lewis and Stephen Glenn Lewis, Sr. She is the daughter-in-law of Elizabeth Mae Mead-Scott and Stephen Lyle Scott.  Billie is the sister of Stephen Glenn Lewis, Jr and his wife Diane, Andy Jay Lewis and Randy Jacob Lewis.  She is the sister-in-law of James John Kelman, Jr.and his wife Montana, and Pamela Christine Kelman Colasanto and her husband Anthony.  Billie is the aunt of Jordyn Lewis, McKenzie Lewis, Kailynne Lewis, Shane Lewis, Piper Lewis, Brooklyn Lewis, Bryson Lewis, Riley Lewis, Gwendolyn Kelman and Genevieve Kelman.

Billie was an avid artist and painter.  Billie loved unconditionally and would give the shirt off her back if needed.   She was a passionate person about life.  Billie always had a smile on her face.  She loved to do silly dances.  Billie always put her children first and lived her life to the fullest.  

Funeral services for Billie will be private.
