Aiken – Mrs. Bonnie Mundy Redd, 72, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 30 years, Roy W. Redd; sons, Michael Mitchell and Brandon Still, stepson, Tim Redd (Carol); sister, Dr. Deborah Bass (John); along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.
Bonnie was born on July 6, 1952, to the late Maybelle Mundy. She was also preceded in death by Max Livingston.
Bonnie was a member of Couchton Baptist Church, where she remained active until her health declined. Previously, she was baptized and a longtime member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
As the owner and operator of Styles of Beauty in Aiken, Bonnie enjoyed a successful career in the beauty industry, forming lasting relationships with her clients and the local community. Her passion for beauty and connecting with others touched many lives.
In her personal life, Bonnie had a passion for collecting frog-themed items, antiques, and all thing glamorous. Above all, she deeply cherished her family. As a devoted mother and wife, Bonnie’s love for her loved ones was her greatest joy.
Bonnie’s warmth, infectious smile, and kind spirit will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Visitation will be 1:30-2:30 pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Tabernacle Baptist Church. A service to celebrate Bonnie’s life will be at 2:30 pm also in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
