Carrie Blackwelll

Mrs. Carrie Marie Andrews Blackwell, 46, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, May 6, 2024.

Left to cherish Carrie’s memory is her husband of 13 years, Charlie Richard “Rocky” Blackwell, Jr.; her children, Gracie Blackwell, Aiden Blackwell, Camden Blackwell; her parents, Bonnie Andrews and  Gene Andrews; and her siblings Stephanie Benton and her husband Sherman, Chad Andrews, Sean Andrews, Cory Andrews, and Sammy Andrews.

Carrie was born on April 4, 1978 in Ravenna, Ohio. She had a true passion for kids and teaching. She began her teaching career at Wagener Salley High School and transferred to Forts Pond
Elementary School in 2010.

Carrie was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She loved her family dearly and devoted her all to them.

Carrie was a faithful member of Grace Central Church. She loved the Lord and was a true servant. Carrie’s desire was for the Lord to be glorified in all she did.

A Memorial Service will be 6 pm on Friday, May 10, 2024 at Covenant Community Church – 1302 Old Orangeburg Road Lexington SC 29073.
