Mrs. Deborah Jean Hoff Hartley, 69, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully at home with her husband and grandson by her side on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
Left to cherish Deborah’s memories are her husband of forty-six years; Larry Hartley, daughters; Deborah Marie Hartley, Dedra (Mike) Hickman, and Katey Hartley Perkins, grandchildren; Christopher Hartley, Shawn Bradley, Destiny (Moises Valdivia) Bradley, Dustin (Katelin) Hickman, Dalton Hickman, Kristina Miller, Dakota Smith, and Erica (Trevor) Bessinger, great grandchildren; Grayson Hagins, Brantley Hartley, Isabella Valdivia, Evelyn Valdivia, Cheyenne Boyd, Donaven Alewine, Emily Alewine, Andrew Sauders, Anthony McGee, Durstan Smith, Jennifer Fulmer, Cameron Fulmer, John Fulmer, and Thomas Bessinger, and brother and sister in law; Carson and Gloria Hartley. Deborah’s best friend who was like a sister to her is Debbie (Jerry) Tarte.
Deborah was born December 27, 1956 to the late Thelma Ramona Brown Hoff and the late Jacob Benjiman Hoff. She was also preceded in death by her brothers; Earl Herbert Barr, Jr. and Robert Westell Barr.
Deborah and Larry enjoyed fishing and spending time with, her family. She had a strong personality that enjoyed being around others to laugh and have a good time. Deborah loved her grand and great grands.

Visitation will be 4-6 pm on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home. Service will follow at 6 pm also in the chapel. The family extends an invitation to everyone who attends the service to join them at their home.
