Mrs. Denise Gertrude Russo Blackwell, 66, entered into rest on Friday, December 25, 2020.

Mrs. Denise is the mother of Frederick “Fred” Prendergast, Dawn O’Brien, and William Wade Keeley III. She is the grandmother of Jesse James, Steven James, Erica Culley, Derick Prendergast, Laney Prendergast, Joanna Ingram, William Wade Keeley IV, and Evelyn Eichenberger. Mrs. Denise is the great grandmother of Nevaeh James and Aria Ingram. She is the sister of Susan Fritz and her husband Bill, and Carmen Russo, Sr. and his wife Kay. Mrs. Denise is the daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude Bonnett Russo. She was married to the late Chalma Blackwell for 16 years.

Mrs. Denise loved animals. She previously worked at SRNS.

The family will be having a private service.
