Mrs. Frances is the wife of Francis “Skuby” Paul Skubak. They have been married twenty-five years. She is the mother of Richard “Rick” Herbert Twardziak and his wife Kimberly. Mrs. Frances is the grandmother of Jennifer Williams and her husband Morris, Warren Smith Herbert Twardziak and his wife Heidi, Alyssa Ashley Kingsley, Nelson Alexander “Alex” Kingsley, and Christina Noelle Goldman and her husband Evan. She is the great grandmother of Josiah Twardziak, Kadin Lee, Kiersten Lee, Kendal Lee, Emma Goldman, and Caleb Goldman. Mrs. Frances is the sister of Mary Jane Cooper. She is the aunt of Sean David Cooper, Teresia Burns, and Crystal Cooper. Mrs. Frances is the daughter of the late Herbert Alfonzo Cothran and the late Beulah Aiman Cothran.

Mrs. Frances was born in San Diego, CA and was a Paralegal. She contributed to many Charities, especially the Salvation Army. Mrs. Frances loved her family. She loved dogs. Mr. Francis and Mrs. Frances moved from New Jersey to the Wagener Area twenty-five years ago.
