Freda Louise (Dorman) Wilson

Freda Louise Dorman Wilson, 88, entered into rest on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Left to cherish Freda’s memories are her children: James “Jimmy” Harry Wilson, II and his wife Susan, Donna Lou Estrella and her husband Hondo, Jeff B. Wilson, and Tommy E. Wilson, grandchildren: Jason Wilson, Jamie Bruce, Nicole Heater and her husband C.W., Corey Wilson, Greg Wilson, Tommy Wilson, Emily Wilson, Jessica McCartney, Jason Boling and his wife Tammy, Ann-Marie Wiszumerski, Lisa Karl, Allison Estrella, Kimberly Estrella, Michael Wilson, Cammie Diaz, Toni Gallop and her husband Harley, Jr., and Jason Gleaton, 50 great and great great grandchildren, brother, Julius Bryan "Butch" Dorman, II, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Freda is the widow of James Donald Wilson, they were married for forty-six years until his passing 2003. She was born on February 7, 1937, to the late Julius Bryan Dorman and the late Doris Magdalene Markham Dorman. She is also preceded in death by her son, Terry Wilson, and her sisters, Nancy Dorman and Mary Ann Luttrell.

A Veteran of the United States Air Force, Freda served her country proudly. She was a graduate of Aiken High School. She enjoyed sewing, making quilts, and baking. Her greatest love in life was her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to FOTUS.

Graveside Service will be 2 pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at New Holland Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Owen McAlister will be officiating.
