Gary Wayne Steadman

Gary Wayne Steadman, 60, entered into rest on September 4, 2025.

Gary was born on October 21, 1964, to Louise Gainey Steadman and the late Weldon Paul Steadman, Sr. He is survived by his son Jason Wayne Steadman and his fiancée Misty, grandchildren: Cameron Wayne Steadman, McKenzie Elizabeth Steadman, and Landon Lee Phillips, siblings: Weldon Paul Steadman, Jr. (the late Phyllis), Richard Eugene “Gene” Steadman (the late Laura), and Gloria Steadman Blanton and her husband Bob, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Gary was an avid NASCAR fan, he enjoyed watching the races and cheering for his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt, Sr. He also enjoyed cheering on his Clemson Tigers. Gary’s favorite times were spent with his family and friends.

Visitation will be 2 – 3 pm on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Seivern Baptist Church. A service celebrating Gary’s life will follow at 3 pm also in the church sanctuary.
