George Allen Williams

Mr. George Allen Williams, 77, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

Mr. Allen was lovingly married to Mrs. Susie Anna Yoder Williams for 51years until her passing in October of 2020. He is the father of Calvin Williams and his wife Carolyn, and the late Sylvia Ann Koss and her husband Kevin. Mr. Allen is the Grandpa of Cameron Williams, Trevor Williams, and Kaitlyn Williams. He is the brother of Elizabeth “Liz” Williams, Catherine “Kitty” Hardin and her husband the late Roy, and the late Gregory Williams. Mr. Allen is the son of the late George Alfred Williams and the late Nora Donell Williams.

Mr. Allen was a member of New Holland Mennonite Church. He enjoyed eating out (McDonald’s and Waffle House coffee), watching Star Trek, eating ice cream, fishing, and spending time with family.

Visitation will be Friday, August 23, 2024 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the New Holland Mennonite Church. A Graveside Service will follow in the church cemetery.  Pastor Sam Mast, and Pastor Ervin Wengerd will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Cameron Williams, Trevor Williams, Kevin Koss, Tristen Geiser, Logan Geiser, and Carter Wengerd.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 10:30 AM at the New Holland Mennonite Church.

The family asks that memorial donations be made in Mr. Allen’s honor to the New Holland Mennonite Church, 2539 Old Ninety-Six Indian Trail, Batesburg, SC 29006.
