Gloria Leah (Longworth) Sandler

Pelion – Ms. Gloria Leah Longworth Sandler, 80, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, May 10, 2018.

Ms. Gloria, the wife of 62 years to the late Julius “Johnnie” Walter Sandler, Jr., and the mother of Frances S. Bonetto (Ronnie) and Annette S. Adams (Rick). She was the grandmother of Lara, Larry, and the late John Edenfield, Joseph Bonetto, Heather Reed, and Matthew Adams; and great grandmother of Jordan, Michael, and Zachary Annis, Larry, Cayelin, Gavin, and Shelby Edenfield, Peter Reed, and Penelope Adams. Ms. Gloria was the daughter of the late Percival Leonard Longworth, Sr. and Minnie Frances Makinson Longworth. Ms. Gloria was predeceased by her siblings Leonard Longworth, Jr. and Lillian Bandelean.

Visitation will be Wednesday May 16th from 9:30 to 10:30 am in the Pelion Church of the Nazarene. A Service Celebrating the life of Ms. Gloria will at 11 am also be in the church sanctuary. Interment will be in at Edmund First Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Jerry W. Branham will be ministering to the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Pelion Church of the Nazarene at P. O. Box 86, Pelion, SC 29123.
