Inease (Poole) Williamson

Mrs. Inease P. Williamson, 84, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, May 23, 2024.

Inease is survived by her son, Billy Joe (Donna) Williamson; grandchildren, Cliff (Ashley) Williamson, Anna (Andrew) Poole, Haley Williamson, and Megan (Orrie) Carver; and great grandchildren, Taylor Williamson, Mallory Williamson, Ella Claire Poole, Emily Poole, Drew Poole, and Tucker Carver, and her brother, I.P. “Sonny Boy” Poole, Jr. and his wife Janice.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Williamson; her son, Johnney Williamson, her parents Eula Mae Jeffcoat Poole and Israel Plum “I.P.” Poole, Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Ann Brown, and Plum Jay “Doodle Bug” Poole.

Inease served for 18 years on the Aiken County School Board. She is a member of Clinton United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the Williamson family asks that memorials be made in honor of Mrs. Inease to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation South Carolina Chapter – 1150 Hungryneck Blvd. Mt. Pleasant SC 29464.

Visitation will be 3-4 pm on Monday, May 27, 2024 at Clinton United Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be at 4 pm also in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
