James "Eddie" Edward Jackson, Sr.

Pelion- Mr. James Edward “Eddie” Jackson, Sr., 79, entered into rest Sunday, April 5, 2026.

Eddie is the father of James E. Jackson, Jr., the late William Douglas “Buddy” Jackson, and the late Juliet Lorraine Jackson. Dianne G. Jackson is the mother of his children. He is the son of the late James Efird Jackson and the late Anne Evelyn Williamson Jackson Martin. Eddie is the brother of the late Harris Lane Jackson. He is the uncle of Jamie Jackson and Jennie Peele.

Eddie is a member of Ebenezer Church.  He is a retired business owner of Jackson Feed and Grain and was a farmer.

The Funeral Service will be 4 PM Sunday afternoon at Ebenezer Church with Pastor Richard Toy ministering. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family asks friends to join them in the fellowship building for a time of fellowship.
