Joyce Sue (Mosley) Crapps

Mrs. Joyce Sue Mosley Crapps, 79, entered into rest on Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Mrs. Joyce is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wyman Carwell Crapps; her son, Shannon M. Crapps and his wife Lisa; granddaughter, Kayla Davis and her husband Zach; great granddaughter, Scarlett Davis; two special nieces, Cindy Sanford and Saundra Fort, and many adopted in love children and grandchildren.

She was born on July 1, 1944 to the late Sudie Mae Harris Mosley and the late General Latt Mosley. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Eva Lette, Bernice Kight, Becky Morton, Winnie Imboden, and Molly Morris; and brothers, G.L. Mosley, Jr., Milford Mosley, Elwood Mosley, and Clyde Mosley.

Mrs. Joyce was a member of Pelion United Methodist Church.

She loved her family dearly. Joyce spent the last 20 plus years of her life caring for her “adopted” children, grandchildren, and many others. Everyone called her “Grandma”. She loved the beach, flowers, hummingbirds, and most of all her family.

Memorials may be made to Pelion United Methodist Church, PO Box 27, Pelion, SC 29123.

Visitation will be 1-2 pm on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at Pelion United Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be 2 pm also in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow at Bamberg County Memory Gardens.
