WAGENER - Mrs. Lois Kyzer Baughman, 97, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday July 21, 2020.
Mrs. Lois was the widow of Cecil Oland Baughman. They had been married 64 years at the time of his passing in 2005.
Mrs. Lois is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Annie Gayle and Darrell "Butch" Kimball of West Columbia, son and daughter-in-law "Little" Cecil and Linda Baughman of Lexington, and daughter-in-law Dianne Baughman of Columbia. Her grandchildren Greta Swink (Jim), James D. Baughman, II.(Christie), Ryan Baughman (Wendy), Aaron Kimball (Melissa), Brooke Sutton, Alyson Kimball, Salem Parrott (Scott), Caleb Baughman, Cody Haithcock, Nadra Bachman (Larry), and Yvonna Mills (Randy). Great grandchildren of Lance Bachman, Kelsey Bachman, Tonya Mills, Mackenzie Swink, Will Swink, Taylor Baughman, Hobey Baughman, Bailey Baughman, Kayleigh Baughman, Trista Baughman, Alexus Baughman, Quenton Baughman, Hannah Baughman, Christopher Kimball, Braeden Kimball, Gabriel Sutton, Logan Blalock, and Cooper Haithcock; and her Great great grandchildren of Theo Bachman, Dawson Baughman, and Bentley Baughman.
Mrs. Lois was the daughter of the late Vancy Jacob Kyzer and the late Martha Loubell Boone Kyzer. She was preceded in death by her son James Baughman, daughter and son-in-law Veleta and Jesse Andrews, grandson Wade Baughman, brothers Claude Bernice Kyzer, Maurice Kyzer, Norris Kyzer, Hoyt Kyzer and Jimmie Kyzer, and sisters Hazel Baughman, Monta Zuma Mattingly, Owida Birchmore, Jettie Lou Pate, Jessie Mae Jeffcoat, and Janie Kyzer.
Mrs. Baughman was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wagener. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, sewing, and working in the garden.
A Graveside Service will be held Friday, July 24th at 10:00 a.m. at the in the Seivern Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Wagener at P.O. Box 398, Wagener, SC 29164.
Pallbearers will be Jamey Baughman, Ryan Baughman, Aaron Kimball, Caleb Baughman, Jim Swink, and Hobey Baughman,
A Service Celebrating the Life of Mrs. Lois will be held at a later date due to the current health pandemic.
