Lonna Michelle Jones

Lonna Michelle Jones, 29 of Gaston passed away unexpectedly Tuesday February 2, 2021. She was born October 18, 1991 to Ronnie and Velma Jones. Services will be private. 

Lonna was a very confident, beautiful, amazing young woman, with a smile that lit up the whole room. She was definitely what you'd call the "life of the party". Lonna loved dying her hair and doing her makeup. She also enjoyed cutting all her family's hair, including her own. She never met a stranger and always helped everyone in need. Lonna always strived to make her Daddy and Moma proud, and she did in so many ways. She was the proudest Aunt in the world. Life will never be the same without our Sister. 

Lonna is survived by her parents Ronnie and Velma Jones, her brother Bubba Jones(Courtney), her sister Shannon Jones(Johnathon Hyatt), her 3 nephews Lonnie Jones, Blayze Hyatt, Arlo Hyatt, her niece Sara Jones, her maternal grandmother Edna Welch, all of Gaston. Lonna is also survived by numerous Aunt's, Uncles, and cousins. She is predeceased by her maternal grandfather Lonnie Welch, her paternal grandparents Dan and Joann Jones, her three Aunt's Carolyn Jones, Patricia Welch, and Cheryl Burden. Lonna is also predeceased by two very special people Megan Inabinet and Mike Hanna. We will love and miss you all the days of our lives Sister. May Angels Protect Us and Heaven Accept Us.
