Louie "Buzz" Garland Howard

West Columbia – Mr. Louie Garland “Buzz” Howard, 78, entered into rest on Friday, July 23, 2021.

Buzz is the brother of O’Hara Howard and Angeli Stein and her husband Stephen. He is the son of the late Jennings Creighton Howard and the late Ola Theodosia Starnes Howard. Buzz is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Buzz is a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Navy where he served in the “SEABEES”. He worked with his father and his brother in the used auto parts business at County Auto Parts. Buzz enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii. He had a lifelong love of collecting old cars.

Graveside service will be 2 pm on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Clinton United Methodist Church Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clinton United Methodist Church 333 Hollow Creek Road Salley, SC 29137.
