Mabel Louise (Collier) Maples

Wagener – Mrs. Mabel Louise Collier Maples, 86, entered into rest Monday, January 22, 2024.

Mrs. Mabel is the mother of Nancy Ringley Garner and her husband Robert and a late infant son.  She is the wife of the late Heubert Melvin Maples.  They had been married twenty-one years at his passing in 2019. Mrs. Mabel is the sister of Carol Cox of Carthage, NC, Geraldine Black of Vass, NC, Janet King and her husband Granville of Aberdeen, NC, the late Irene Davis, the late Leon Collier, and the late Bobby Collier.

Mrs. Mabel was born in Red Springs, NC. She is the daughter of the late Joseph Allen Collier and the late Claire Caroline McDonald Collier.  She is a member of Perry Frist Assembly of God Church. Mrs. Mabel loved her crafts.

Nancy is very appreciative of the staff of Pruitt Health of Aiken for the love and care shown her mother. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Perry First Assembly of God Church.  Celebration of Life service will begin at 1:00 pm also in the church with the Rev. Roger Hunnicutt ministering to the family.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
