Wilma Carolyn Cureton Jeffcoat Bell

Pelion – Mrs. Wilma Carolyn Cureton Jeffcoat Bell, 83, entered into rest Monday, October 12, 2020.

Mrs. Wilma is preceded in death by her first husband Franklin Arch Jeffcoat and her second husband George Wilbur Bell. She is the mother of Jesse Darrell Jeffcoat and his wife Faye, Cynthia “Cindy” Jeffcoat Clayton and her husband Keith, Marta “Marti” Jeffcoat McAulay-Morris and her husband Scott and the late Frankie Carolyn Jeffcoat. Mrs. Wilma is the grandmother of Amanda J. Simpson, Clifton L. McAulay, Jr., Matthew F. Jeffcoat and his wife Amanda, Jordan T. McAulay, Shanda J. Milldender and her husband Dave, Josie C. Webster and her husband Darnell, and Katie C. McCoy and her husband Wofford. She is the great grandmother of Melena Simpson, Shaena Simpson, Kira Simpson, Alex Jeffcoat, Annie Jeffcoat, Zaylee McAulay, Zaida Edsall, Forrest Sheppard, David Millender, Keith Lybrand, Addison Lybrand, Nico Webster, and Logan McCoy. Mrs. Wilma is the sister of Oliver D. “Pete” Cureton, Earl W. Cureton and his wife Gay, the late Larry Cureton, the late Allen Cureton, the late Daniel Cureton, the late Dixie Felder, and the late Jackie Cureton. She is the sister-in-law of Mary Cureton, Maureen Cureton, Eddie Felder, Cecil Bell, Bunny Jeffcoat, Judy Lucas, and Thelma Roebuck. She has many nieces and nephews. She is the daughter of the late Paul William Cureton and the late Mildred Henderson Cureton.

Mrs. Wilma was a member of Pelion Church of the Nazarene for 61 years. She was a faithful servant of the Lord and her church. She taught Sunday School and was Missionary Secretary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pelion Church of the Nazarene.

A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Wilma will be 7 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Pelion Church of the Nazarene.
