Wolfgang Nathan Knapstein, 41, entered into rest on Thursday, September 22, 2022.

Nathan is the son of Elaine and Wolfgang Knapstein. He is the father of Jeremiah. Nathan is the brother of Sarah Knapstein, Adam Phifer and his wife Robin, and Christopher Phifer. He is the uncle of Elizabeth Knapstein, Skylee Phifer, and Anakin Phifer. The love of Nathan’s life is Krissy Stone. He is the grandson of Paul Phifer and the late Margaret Phifer, and the late Olaf and the late Hedwig Knapstein. Nathan is the nephew of Peter Phifer and his wife Bonnie, Karen Richards and her husband Todd, Christopher Phifer and his wife Petra, Jonathan Phifer and his wife Samantha, and Mark Phifer and his wife Tiffany.

Nathan was some kind of wonderful. He loved his family dearly and will be forever missed.

The family will honor Nathan’s life with a private service.
